VanderWall Orthodontics’ Annual Pretty in Pink Foundation Support Is Underway

Your Triangle-area’s VanderWall Orthodontics not only transforms patient smiles but also helps change lives in the community. One of our practice’s annual community endeavors? Supporting the Pretty In Pink Foundation every October — a North Carolina organization that provides financial support for underinsured or uninsured breast cancer patients. 

Underway since October 1st, our support of the Pretty In Pink Foundation this year has been taking place across our Raleigh, Durham, and Cary, NC orthodontic offices. The team donates $1 for every patient and social media interaction in October who:

• Gets pink ties for their braces
• Engages in VanderWall Orthodontics’ social media about the Pretty in Pink campaign with comments, likes, or shares on Facebook and Instagram with #prettyinpink

A special pink ribbon photo background at our Raleigh, NC orthodontic office allows participating patients to take a picture with their pink braces and post to social media. And a ribbon display shows off all the donors, each represented by a pink ribbon. 

The total amount from patient engagement will be matched by Dr. Clay VanderWall at the end of the month up to $1,000. In past years, Dr. VanderWall has vowed to run the Cary, NC Trick or Trot 5K in a pink tutu if that year’s donations reach their goal. 

It’s not too late for VanderWall Orthodontics patients and the Raleigh, Cary, and Durham, NC communities to contribute to this Pretty In Pink campaign which ends October 31st.
